We hope you love our products, however, if you need to request a return or replacement, please note this must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery. After receiving your request and confirming you are eligible for a return or replacement, all goods should be returned to us within 14 days.
Upon receiving your returned goods back to our warehouse, we will refund the cost minus postage within 14 days.
Please note gift voucher sales are final and not eligible for a refund. All face mask sales are also non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

If you change your mind and no longer wish to keep the items in your order, you can return them to our office or courier them back to us at your own expense. Please quote your original order number and date of order.
If you choose to return by courier, we strongly recommend you keep your proof of return and use a signed for service for the type of item being returned.
All unwanted goods must be returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition. If upon inspecting your returned products they do not match these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the products affected.
Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect and Missing Goods
If any of the products you receive arrive either faulty, damaged, are incorrect, or, are missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing email@example.com or calling our team on 01588 638392. (Please note our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.)
All faulty and damaged goods will receive a refund or a replacement within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse.
Incorrect goods will receive a refund or a replacement will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods to our warehouse.
Missing goods will be reprocessed and delivered using a Next Day Delivery service, or, refunded within 14 days.
